Like many others, my journey towards a holistic and healthy lifestyle began with a dilemma. Or in my case, numerous dilemmas!
I convinced myself I was eating well, but in hindsight I absolutely wasn’t.
I replaced poor habits with healthy ones, like exercise, meditation, yoga and the occasional green juice, until these many small steps accumulated in a deep-seated shift in my entire being.
Not only did my digestive, hormonal and anxiety issues significantly improve, many simply disappeared! My energy levels increased, I was looking better, my stress levels decreased and I was sleeping better than ever before.
I felt light, brighter and full of life.
In a word, I was happy!
