Baby Fennel
sliced finely

sticks
celery
sliced finely

lebanese cucumber
cut in chunks

sunflower seeds
1/2
cup
walnuts

tbsp
walnut oil
Dressing
1/2
cup
buttermilk
1/2 cup
dill
chopped
1/4
cup
aioli
Instructions
Add fennel, celery and cucumber to a shallow bowl
Heat a fry pan, add the oil and wait for it to get warm ( not hot) Add seeds and nuts and toast till they are brown
Top the salad with seeds and nuts
shake all the dressing ingredients in a jar and pour onto the salad
